The stirrers are built with high-quality components: stainless steel shafts (SS-316 for the stirring shaft, SS-304 for retort rods), durable motors (PMDC, AC, AC/DC, or Brushless depending on the model), and robust stands and chucks that accept shafts up to 13 mm diameter. Impellers come in different configurations (axial turbines, pitched fans, cross blades, saw-cutters, teflon pestles, etc.) to match the fluid’s behaviour and required mixing profile. Some models also offer digital speed display, preset speed increments, overload protection, and consistent speed even under variable load or viscosity.
