The Remi Magnetic Stirrers Plus series represents the next-generation magnetic stirrers, combining precision, durability, and safety for laboratory mixing and heating applications. Available in both hot-plate and non-hot-plate versions, these units are engineered for reproducible performance even under changing loads or fluid viscosities.
Key features include a wide speed range (150–1500 rpm), advanced microprocessor control, maintenance-free brushless motors, digital LCD display showing both set & actual parameters (speed and, when applicable, temperature), and dual sensors or external probes (PT-1000) for accurate temperature measurement. The Plus series also includes safety features like over-temperature warning/residual heat alerts, auto shut-off when heating plate exceeds safe limits, and memory of last used parameters, making them ideal for repetitive lab processes. Hot-plate models support high temperatures up to ~ 340 °C (stainless steel plate) or up to ~ 550 °C for ceramic top plates in specific versions (10 MLH Plus).
Typical technical specs include stirring capacities of ~5, 10, and 20 litres depending on model, corresponding top plate materials, paddle dimensions, heating power where relevant, and precise temp control resolution.
